She later emigrated to New Zealand, where she spent 16 years and moved through several career and business paths — including Defence Project Management with the Royal New Zealand Navy, overseeing warship fleet maintenance and refurbishment, a high‑stakes environment requiring precision, discipline, and strong stakeholder management. She also built her own golf‑coaching business, Chicks Who Golf, specialising in beginner women golfers as a NZPGA‑certified golf coach.

After returning to the UK and achieving early retirement in her 40s, Nora expanded her business into property investment, land sourcing, and opportunity assessment. She has sourced land for major investors (20+ unit schemes with 7–8 figure budgets), analysed feasibility, and supported both vendors and landowners through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Vince brings over 40 years of experience in cost planning, procurement, financial modelling, and project delivery for major international schemes, including projects valued in the billions. He grew Cuesko from a start‑up into an eight‑figure consultancy in under a decade, demonstrating exceptional commercial acumen and disciplined leadership.
